Digital Image Portrait Packages are now available at tracy bodeo photography; pet portraiture and nature photography in the Lehigh Valley, Easton, Bethlehem, Allentown.

New in 2015– Digital Image Packages…. After many requests, I have finally decided to add digital image packages to a client’s session choices.  Although I will still provide the highest quality printing services, I will now give clients the option of packaging their session with a set of High Resolution digital image files to print themselves.

Clients can choose a digital image portrait session package, or purchase an ‘a la carte session and add on prints, digital files or a combination of the two depending on how clients would like to use their images.  Clients will still continue to receive LowRes digital image copies of purchased prints, so they can share them online.  Purchased HighRes files will also include a complimentary LowRes copy for computer use.

Digital files start at $55.00 each and digital packages start at $295.00  To see a complete list of sessions, packages, wall art and print prices, visit my SESSIONS & PRODUCTS pages on my main website or see the digital packages by clicking here.

A few more winter animal portraits; Sharp-shinned hawk, Goldfinch, Song Sparrow and a squirrel; nature photography by Tracy Bodeo

Here are a few more visitors I have had the pleasure of seeing in my yard during this winter’s snow…

The male Goldfinches will be getting their beautiful bright yellow feathers as soon as the spring arrives.  For now, they still have their winter colors.

This Song Sparrow was fun to watch as he “drank” the snow.  It’s hard to see in this image, but he still has snow on his short bill.

The abundance of small birds in my yard also brings in some larger ones…. The Sharped-shinned and Cooper’s Hawks often dive in and chase the little ones in and out of the trees.  It is very interesting to see, but I can’t help but wish for a failed attempt while I’m watching.

Other year-round visitors that spend a lot of time in my yard stuffing themselves full of sunflower seeds, is the Grey Squirrel.  They wreak havoc on my feeders, but I enjoy their antics anyway!

Just-for-Fun-photos; Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley nature, pet portrait and fine art photographer Tracy Bodeo

While walking around Louise Moore Park last week, I also captured some non-nature images.  I like the way these three look together, each with an old subject containing nice color and lots of texture.  I still favor the flowers from the last post though.

Oh happy day- back to photography!; Lehigh Valley, Easton, Bethlehem, Allentown, nature, portrait, pet and fine art photographer Tracy Bodeo

I wanted to share a few images I shot today on my first just-for-fun photo outing in far too long.  In January I decided to take several classes at one of our local colleges.  I didn’t think it would be that difficult to add in a few classes to my already hectic life, but it was!  Once involved in my classes, I realized that I would not be able to devote as much time to my family and my photography and do well in all aspects.  So, photography had to get put on the “back burner” for a while.  Fortunately the load has been lifted; as of this past Friday I am officially done with all classes and finals and back in photographic business!

I’d like to apologize to anyone that I have not gotten back to, who may have tried to reach me via email recently.  Between being busy with school and getting a new computer, I have missed and lost many emails in the transition and have not had the time to find them and get back to everyone.  Although my modified summer hours will begin as soon my children’s school year ends, I should have a little more time to work on my personal photography as well as take on more portrait sessions.

In the meantime, here is one set of the images I got today, “Dogwoods and Dandelion Seeds”….

Bethlehem, PA’s Team Identity on Disney’s “Make Your Mark!”; Results show 8 pm tonight!; portrait photography by Tracy Bodeo

Last month I was contacted by one of Disney’s advertising agencies to set up a portrait session with Team Identity, a Bethlehem, PA dance crew who was auditioning for Disney Channel’s “Make Your Mark!”  Kids from across the country submit videos of themselves dancing, with the hopes of making it as one of the top 6 finalists.  The top 6 are invited out to California to compete live on the show.  Team Identity consists of three amazing, self-taught, hip-hop, teen dancers from right here is the Lehigh Valley.  In September, after submitting several audition videos, Team Identity‘s Xavier, Jay & Faustino were notified that would be heading out to CA as one of the 6 finalists! The formal announcement was made in Bethlehem’s Liberty High School!

This past Friday night, October 19th, 2012, Team Identity, along with 5 other dance groups, competed on “Make Your Mark!” by performing two different dances.  The first dance was the dancer’s own original choice.  The second dance was based on a theme and the dancers were aided by (So You Think You Can Dance’s) choreographer Chris Scott.  All 6 dance groups did a nice job with both dances, but I definitely thought Team Identity was the best!

At the end of the show, after the three judges conferred, it was revealed that Team Identity was one of the three groups chosen to come back to the results show tonight, Sunday, October 21st!  They looked so happy and excited when the announcement was made!  The voting could then begin.  Each of the 3 groups was assigned a phone number and you could call, text or vote online for at least two hours after the show.  The three remaining finalists will come back to the results show tonight and the big winner will be revealed!  Go Team Identity!  My family voted as much as possible and I really hope they got the votes they deserve from everyone else to win.

Team Identity was the only group of the six that has not received formal dance training.  Their self-developed talent and love of dance brought the crew together and made them the awesome group they are.  They are hard workers who dance in the hallways of school or in random outdoor spaces, instead of in a studio with dance instructors and choreographers. This makes me hope they win this thing even more!

I also want to add that not only are Jay, Faustino and Xavier of Team Identity incredible dancers, but they are really nice guys.  It was a pleasure to work with them during our portrait session and so exciting to hear the news that they were finalists on the show!  Here are a few of the images from our session:
