Last November I took this picture of Reuben, an adorable older male Pekingese. Even though Reuben is a real sweetheart and would make a great companion, he is still living behind the front desk at the Center for Animal Health and Welfare in Easton, PA. Reuben does have some health issues, but he deserves to spend this “golden time” of his life in a home on a comfy couch. If you think you could provide a loving home for Reuben, come down to the Center to meet him. However there are hundreds of pets at the Center looking to find their forever homes… dogs and lots of cats and kittens. Your new best friend could be waiting there for you right now!
