Take a look at this adorable, funny dog…. She absolutely loves her tub! After running around the yard, chasing her ball, she would jump in to her cool, water-filled tub, lay down for a moment, then jump right back out to run again. A terrific idea if you ask me– this energetic ball of fur enjoyed playing so much, she found a great way to keep the fun going by taking a dip to cool off instead of stopping or over-heating!
I just realized that I never posted any of the portraits I took of these beautiful little angels! I was hired to do an on-location newborn and big sister session by the girls’ mom and we had a great time working both inside and out around their home. My newborn sessions are almost always done on-location, in the baby’s home. This allows both baby and mom to be comfortable and have all the necessary items at hand to keep baby happy. Sessions often take two to three hours because of the all the feeding and diaper-changing involved, but it’s always worth the extra time and effort.
Last November I took this picture of Reuben, an adorable older male Pekingese. Even though Reuben is a real sweetheart and would make a great companion, he is still living behind the front desk at the Center for Animal Health and Welfare in Easton, PA. Reuben does have some health issues, but he deserves to spend this “golden time” of his life in a home on a comfy couch. If you think you could provide a loving home for Reuben, come down to the Center to meet him. However there are hundreds of pets at the Center looking to find their forever homes… dogs and lots of cats and kittens. Your new best friend could be waiting there for you right now!
